Poleside – A Pole Dance Blog
I began taking pole fitness classes in 2012. I immediately fell in love with the classes, the teachers and the other girls. It didn’t take me long to notice the change in my confidence, strength, even posture. I was passionate about my experience and wanted to share this passion with others. Hence, Poleside was born.

As the months went by the blog topics progressed and expanded as well. Soon my aerial silks classes were included. I joined a blog hop with other pole bloggers concentrating on a different topic every month. As this wonderful group of pole bloggers grows, this part of my blog will grow as well. I’ve also started covering diet and nutrition, as this is a big part of overall health and well being. As Escape takes shape look for the blog to focus on the studio and, of course, you, the students. We are all on this journey together.
