Cirque-fit Personal Training Session:
$60 / hour – meet once per week
$50 / hour – meet twice per week
Cirque-fit, available exclusively at Escape Aerial Arts, is a fun, effective approach to personal training. Looking
to lose weight, gain strength, improve flexibility or just improve your current lifestyle? Working one on one with your instructor we will create a program specifically tailored to your needs. Whether you prefer to keep your feet firmly on the mat or would like to give flying a try, we will tailor each workout specifically to you.
Workouts can include:
Mat based exercises
Circus equipment such as Lyra & Silks
Suspension workouts on the Fly Gym
Your instructor will provide support and advice on issues such as fitness, nutrition, and over all personal wellness. We are here to give you the tools to make lasting changes in your life!
