Conditioning Classes

Conditioning classes will help support and/or supplement your pole and aerial journey by expanding your movement vocabulary. These classes will also perfect your coordination, strength, flexibility, body awareness and more.

Cirque-fit: (All levels welcome)

A conditioning class to improve overall strength, flexibility and balance. A variety of exercise and circus equipment will be incorporated to increase upper body and core strength as well as flexibility and balance.

Ballet Barre: (All levels welcome)

Embrace your inner ballerina! With devotees like Madonna, Kelly Ripa, and Natalie Portman, it’s not surprising that women everywhere are flocking to barre workout classes. But it’s not just Hollywood hype! Ballet-inspired workouts are a great way to develop lean muscle mass while improving your balance, flexibility, and range of motion. And now you can find this class right here in Worcester! this ballet-inspired routine will help lift, lengthen, and tone your entire body.

 

Hula Hoop Fitness: (All levels welcome)
Hoopdance! A form of dance, fitness and self-expression that is electrifying and inspiring people across the country and the around world! Move to your natural rhythm in this seriously fun, high-energy work-out designed to make you feel fantastic as you explore new dimensions of movement and expression. Whittle away your middle as you develop spinal flexibility, core strength, and increase coordination.

Flexibility: (All levels welcome)
In this class you will learn proper and safe techniques to enhance your flexibility no matter where you are currently at. We will use active and static stretches to take your body to the next level. Whether you are working on your splits and back bends for the first time or you are a professional contortionist, this class is for you.

Belly Dance:
(All levels welcome)
Belly Dance is a dance for all ages, sizes, and shapes. It is an excellent form of cardio exercise and also helps the dancer build strong muscles in their arms, legs, and core. Classes focus on basic beautiful Egyptian raqs sharqi technique and movements. Dancers will learn to engage their muscles in traditional movements such as shimmies, undulations, hip movements, and arabic combinations. Attire should allow freedom of movement and be comfortable. Hip scarves are provided. You do not have to show your belly to participate! Dance barefoot or bring footwear such as dance sneakers, foot undeez, or ballet slippers. Come have a good time exercising to invigorating Middle Eastern music!
