This summer has been amazing, thank you to everyone who has come out and spent some time with us this summer! The nights are getting chilly and the kids are/or will be back in school soon, fall is approaching! Escape Aerial Arts has tons going on this Fall, you don’t wanna miss out!

Fall Schedule

The fall schedule is complete and registration is open! We have some great new additions to the schedule including Pole Choreography (poleography), Inversion prep, Pole flow, Fly choreography, Teen fly, Hardcore Grit, Flexibility, Hula Hoop Cardio Blast and Belly Dance! Visit our ONLINE CALENDAR.

Session Information

Session classes are now taking reservations. The fall session begins the week of September 7 and runs through the week of October 10. Classes run for 6 consecutive weeks. Makeups are allowed at another class during the session or the week after the session ends. Available sessions for fall:

Pole 101 – The first step in your pole journey! Master the foundations while beginning to build muscle memory and strength. Register HERE
Mondays 5:00pm – 6:15pm (9/7 – 1012)
Sundays 3:30 – 4:45 (9/13 – 10/18)

Poleography – Take the basic steps and spins of pole and weave them into a fun routine! Register HERE
Mondays 6:30pm – 7:45pm (9/7 – 1012)

Fly Choreography – You’ve mastered the basics of Fly Gym, now it’s time to put your flips, tricks & transitions together into a routine set to music! Register HERE
Sundays 11:45 – 12:45 (9/13 – 10/18)

Teen Fly – A beginner aerial yoga course taught on the Fly Gym holistic aerial fitness system for ages 12 – 18. We will stretch and lengthen while learning inversions, hangs, flips and falls. Bring your friends! Register HERE
Saturdays 11:30 – 12:30 (9/12 – 10/17)

Aerial Silks – Introduction to aerial fabric. Are you ready to fly?! Learn all the basics you need to build a strong foundation for your aerial adventure! Register HERE
Sundays 2:30 – 3:30 (9/13 – 10/18)

Aerial Hoop (Lyra) – An introduction to aerial hoop.  The variety of hangs, wraps, twists, mounts and transitions are absolutely endless, and will leave you feeling like you have done a full workout at the gym in a fun way. Register HERE
Sundays 3:30 – 4:30 (9/13 – 10/18)

Location Update

We are making progress on our move to The Fitness Compound at 88 Webster St. in Worcester! The Aerial Rig is being moved this weekend and the floor is going in! We look forward to starting fall fresh with all of you in our new location!
