Summer Escape Update

Happy 4th of July!

We’ve been busy busy busy having fun this summer at Escape! The summer and the fun are just beginning, lots more in store for you! Have you planned your summer escape yet??

A few things to keep in mind over the next couple weeks:

We are all dealing with your normal summer “stuff”, vacations, summer camps, etc, etc. Keep an eye on the schedule, we will do our best to find substitutes for our classes but there are some cancellations over the next couple weeks to look out for.

Beth’s vacation week is July 5 – 11th. Some Fly Gym classes have been cancelled, make sure you check the schedule. (I’ll be in York Beach, Maine for the week and I’ll have my Fly Gym with me! Come on up for a class on the beach!)

Nicole is teaching dance and aerial for a summer camp atNHU over the next few weeks. Some of her classes will be affected.
We will have no classes the weekend of July 18 – 20th due to a 3 day intensive instructor training for Aerial Yoga. So plan your beach trips this weekend! If you are interested in participating in this training or would like more details send me a message.

Maggie Ann’s Competition train keeps on rolling! Her upcoming competitions are: North American Pole Dance Championship in August and Pole Classic, Las Vegas in September. Get ready to cheer her on!

Acroyoga

The next sessions of our aerial yoga summer series are coming up! The dates are:
Saturday July 26th at 1PM
Saturday August 30th at 1PM
We would LOVE to make this a weekly class in the fall but we need your support to do this! Come to these summer sessions and show your love of play!Escape will beofferingZumba classes beginning in September. We are lucky to have found an amazing instructor and are looking forward to getting moving!

Instructor Trainings mean New Classes & New Instructors!!

Keep an eye on the fall schedule for all new aerial yoga classes! After the training this month we will have new technique, new hammocks and new certified instructors! We will continue to expand our knowledge and skill level to be able to offer you the best possible fitness classes!
