Escape Aerial Arts, LLC is proud to offer Central Massachusetts' first aerial program. Our goal is to give you a workout 'above the rest' focusing on flexibility, strength, and most importantly, fun! We combine gymnastics moves, dance styles and strength holds for an intense full body workout. No matter what your fitness level we can offer you a new and exciting way to work out!
Why simply workout when you can fly?! Taking your workout off the ground helps improve balance, body awareness, overall strength (because your muscles have to work harder!) and helps to increase the depth of your stretches for improved overall mobility.
